This 6-month coaching program is designed for women who are ready to take back control of their lives, to heal their relationship with food, their bodies, and their minds, while building real, lasting confidence.
You’ll follow a personalized training and nutrition plan created to help you sculpt strong glutes, defined abs, and a toned upper body - with custom macros and in-app tracking for every meal, workout, and daily habit. Every movement includes step-by-step video tutorials and form breakdowns so you can feel confidant steping into the gym, regardless of where your starting.
But this isn’t just about fitness. It’s about growth, recovery, and rediscovering who you are. Inside the app, you’ll track your daily goals, form healthy habits, and receive daily messages and support directly from Breen, your coach — someone who understands what it feels like to struggle with mental health, substance use, and body image, and knows how to rise above it.
You’ll join a private, empowering community of women all walking this path with you — celebrating milestones, sharing struggles, and holding each other accountable. Every month, you’ll be part of a live group Zoom session with Breen, where you’ll learn the “why” behind everything you do:
