It all started with a simple goal: to stop hating myself and start building habits I could be proud of.

When I first got into fitness, I was recovering from eating disorders and constantly trying to “fix” how I looked. But no matter how hard I pushed, nothing stuck. I couldn’t commit long term, and I felt stuck in a cycle of burnout and guilt.

Eventually, I decided to change my approach. I stopped obsessing over dieting and stopped forcing myself into hours of workouts I didn’t enjoy. Instead, I focused on being healthy. I gave myself grace, learned about proper training and nutrition, and slowly built habits that supported both my mind and body.

The more I learned, the stronger I got, physically and mentally. I completed three certifications, spent countless hours testing routines, and realized that real progress doesn’t come from punishment, it comes from purpose.

I started to enjoy movement again. I prioritized rest, hydration, sleep, and self-care. I connected with others who were also working on themselves. I felt proud — not because of the scale, but because of who I was becoming.

Fitness changed my life. After I saw the power fitness has, I've wanted nothing but to help others in similar situations.  Now I’m here to help it change yours.

I created this coaching space to support women who’ve struggled with self-image, mental health, or feeling lost when it comes to fitness. You don’t need to be perfect, and you don’t need to do it alone. My goal is to make this journey simple, empowering, and something you actually enjoy.
